is there a category for such an addiction?


make use of what i possess.
dont leave it to wither and age.
yes, versatility is understood and necessary.
but like frankie said "i did it my way".
i have yet to turn every stone over.
i have yet to breathe into my guts.
i have yet to quake my ends.
and i have yet to embark on my love.


none have come close to lifting the butterfly latch.

felicitous are his expressions.


i'm going to give you a chess problem every class. they're like riddles - and, when you understand them, poems.


i think forgetting certain dreams is a similiar phenomenon. if something totally unfamiliar happens in our sleep, something that defies associations, chances are we'll lose it once awake - the result of being programmed by a literal reality.

those visions were "auras", he had been informed. the term was one on which everyone agreed. and therefore what he had mistaken for a realm beyond time's tyranny was no more than a symptom of disease. yet without respite from linear time, delusional or otherwise, how was one expected to prevail?
it speaks of a boy prodigy who is a chess master.
he unfortunately suffers from epilepsy.

we need not suffer from epilepsy to relate.

it was but a far-fetched notion a year ago.

its been about a month since i've led a normal life.
normal life is not having to queue up to bathe.
my apologies for the late update.
i was barely home for the past four weeks.


okay this is how it went.
the nus camp guide wrote that arts camp was 24th-27th.
my mom told me the morning i touched down that arts camp was six hours later.
unpacked and packed.
jet-lagged and turned off by the bathing queue.
but the people made it worth the while.


then psych camp.
it wasnt as hyped up as arts camp.
but my "secret pal" and i won best couple.
so what can i say.
it ended on the right note.


its been a while since i've gone back to my lyrics.
fresh perspectives would be appreciated.


because of the perceived flaws we consciously hide, we can never truly believe ourselves perfect despite the front we put up.
and then, there are those who practice mental repression, whether knowingly or otherwise.


july 13th's coming up.
hope it gets better from here on.
